3. Checking up with the customers along the way to make them feel as though their problem matters and will make them more loyal to your company.

5. In the age of social media, word of mouth is very influential. Customers discuss on social media the good/bad experience they had with your company/customer service, who in turn may decide to use or not to use your service.
