There are three ways of acquiring clients for call centers.

1. through contacts who are highly placed in certain companies.

2. Web portals that provide B2B business services.

3. Trying to reach some of the businesses in the semi-organized and unorganized sector through your contacts with a solid business case.

In my opinion, if you have limited resources and connections, #3 would be the best option. The reason is that you will be creating a niche market for yourself.

You can pitch such businesses by giving them a complete business plan, cost-effective services, etc.
