Predictive dialer from Avaya ( Pds )

We are using Pds from Avaya and the difference between manual dial and Pds is very poor ( 8,2 against 9,2 contacts per hour ).

We thing the reason is that we have no more than 10 people at the same time .

We don´t know if Pds needs many more agents for beginning to be efficient.

U said that u r using Pd and saying that it is providing bad performance
PD is always independent of agent calling.Let us check with ur channels and ensure to be connected properly.If still getting the same problem then mail me breifly
