| I am looking into Live Chat applications for a small to medium sized call center. We handle Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support transactions currently and would like to integrate a live chat communications channel for our customers. Does anyone have any experiences they could share about choosing, and implementing such a solution. Or just general opinions about experiences using some of the various apps out there? Thanks! |

My virtual call center mans live chat support for different companies. If you're interested establishing an alliance with our company, please let me know.
