Dear All,

We are a call center based in Bangalore, India.
We are in the process of selecting a predictive dialer.

I need your help in knowing, "what should I look for in a predicitve dialer?"
what would be the approximate cost of procuring / renting / leasing a predictive dialer for 25 seats. and which one would be more economical for less number of seats.

If you have any websites / articles which provide me the list of suppliers of PD
and their contact info, request you to provide me with the same.
