We are looking to set up a call centres in asia and Caribbean for a recruitment firm. We would like to enter into a JV with a regional partner in each of these regions with whom we could build an operation of around 20-50 people for each region. The hours required will be between 10:00-22:00 Monday to Friday HK time zone and Tokyo time zone. For the US target zone we would require shifts between 12-22:00 Central european time and 10-22:00 NY time.

The project would employ intelligent staff who are also highly motivated to earn way above the average standard and the idea would be to develop a team of 20-50 people who will stay with the company for a long time in a very financially rewarding business. the initial head count would be 10 people. We would provide an experienced person for the first 24 months on site.

Knowledge of Mandarine or Japanese would be advantageous however the key would be excellent english.

We would be interested in either an experienced project manager who would be hired as a partner, an experience recruiter who would take care of the creation of the centre and hiring of staff and could also help with his individual background, or alternatively a joint venture with an existing call centre that would enter into this business with a specific setup for this project with a two year minimum period in which it will ramp up to full scale. Project will require a two year window to kick in to full potential. However it should be profitable by year 1.

We would provide financing. Depending on the level of commitment of partner the shareholding would be split accordingly.
