Inbound sales campaign available.
The call center is supposed to handle inbound calls along with inbound chat and convert them to sales.
2 years Agreement.
Advance payment.
Hourly payout. $12 Top payout.
10 seats to start with.
2 shifts of 5 agents in each shift.
14 hours a day, 5 days a week.
2 months training.
We would not pay the call center for the training period.
Minimum requirements:
Call center operational since last 2 years.
Minimum 100 seater.
IPLC Connection.
Predictive dialler (For call backs)
Live monitoring facility
100% call recording facility.
2 references of clients. Atleast 6 months old clients.
Call centers that do not qualify based on above mentioned criteria, PLEASE DO NOT contact us.
Call Centers that DO qualify, please email us your company profile. Please do not call us right now.
We would screen centers and would get in touch with short listed centers within 2 weeks.
