Inc 21 is a San Francisco-based company that has been in business for the past 8 years. We provide a growing suite of Web services and products to small businesses within the U.S. and have 30,000 existing customers.

Currently, Inc 21 is actively seeking call centers to provide outbound telesales services for our Jumpage Solutions(www.jumpagesolutions.com),GlobalYP(www.globalyp.net) and Netopus(www.netopus.net) products. These services allow our customers to have an online directory listing, build a website and put their ads on search engines.

Our call center requirements include:
* Prior B2B telesales experience
* The ability to transfer a sale to a third party verification system
* The ability to dedicate a minimum of 5 full shift English speaking telesales agents to our product sales
* The ability to record and retain sales recordings
* The use of a predictive dialer
* A high standard of quality

Inc 21 provides sales and system training/materials, verification, leads and reporting terminal. The payment structure is weekly and is on a performance basis of US$25/valid sale.
