Hi,

I have had a good look at all of the other WFM threads and I think it would be good to get a quick once sentence opinion about the main competitors. I am looking at this functionality for my own organisation and it seems to me that Blue Pumpkin and QMax get the dirty end of the big stick. I appreciate the business must have solid staff training, knowledge and ability to get the best from the software however assuming all things are equal, what are your positive and negative brief thoughts of the main ones : IEX, Blue Pumpkin, QMax, Teleopti, Aspect eWFM as well as ballpark costs if each had the same suite of options. It will help me fill in the gaps from the other threads.
