From customer perspective, which one do you think is a better call center service index to track, Abandone Rate or Speed of Answer?
Traditinaly, Abandone Rate has been more popular, but who cares (from customer standpoint) if rate is 3%, 5% or 10% if my call is answer in 10 secs?
Of course, both are interdependent, however IŽd like to "listen" some opinions. |
