My name is Alex Lazo and I am in the dissertation phase of my doctoral degree at Capella University (http://www.capella.edu). As part of my research, I will need to collect data from Call Center Agents. If you are currently working as a Call Center Agent (a.k.a. Customer Service Representative, Help Desk Agent) who spends a majority of the work day interfacing with customers via telephone, please click on the link at the bottom of this message and complete my survey. More information on the nature of the research and the survey itself is contained at the beginning of the survey.

Please note that I am only interested in responses from those individuals who are Call Center Agents, so please do not take the survey if you are working in any other related capacity (e.g. managerial) or if the majority of your work day is not spent interfacing with customers via telephone. The survey is completely anonymous. It does contain some general demographic questions, but nothing specific enough that could be used to identify you. In addition, the IP address of your computer will not be collected. Please complete the survey only once as I am looking for unique responses.
