My business has just started experimenting with "LiveChat" on our internet site. We're currently trying to set up resource models and shift patters to take into account the volume of chats online. While we have data on call volumes we're flying blind as to a target process times, I'm trying to find an industry standard so does anyone out there working in financial services use a livechat service and what are approximate target process times.
