Basically me and my family are looking to start a small call center in our local area. Maybe about 20-30 employees. I need information on technical specifications and the information on the lastest technology. Any suggestions or comments would be great.
We want to know that if the call center must be a pbx based system with multiple 800 lines. When a call is recieved and an order is placed, how do we process that order? Are we equipped with our own mainframe with our own database or do we have access to your mainframes and if so, through what media? {I.E Routers, Legacy 3270, etc...} via what type communications facilities? T1's T3's Fiber Optics ETC.... |
