With all the offshore outsourcing to less developed countries, could it be that these sweatshops are now going back home under the guise of increasing opportunity and employment in these less developed countries? Hence, are we really helping these people in India etc or just giving them a more technologically advanced sweatshop????? Besides, they do get paid a fraction of the wage that western call centres pay to their staff.
