My company is considering IVR for a call center application. In this application, the client would need to be able to check availability of services, select options and purchase services. Does anyone have any recommendations on vendors who might assist in such an effort  |

We are in south america and now our labour expenses are very low so the cost of the service is much lower than implementing a full IVR if your interested
