I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Paragon Solutions www.paragonsolutions.com in Bangalore? Quality of work, reputation, QA, etc...

[b]Believe me, it was a horrible company. [/b]People were laid off just like that. They just don't care for the employees;use and throw principle. I was an ex-employee who served for three years and exited disgracefully.
There are really good companies to work with, not really FCG. ofcourse, they pay relatively well. But this is not the company for one to work with for the better career.
This company was just a bunch of puppets of it's parent company 3 years back. I don't know how it is doing these days. But it just have a bad history of caring their employees. Hope, things have changed these days under the new leadership.
Just check with others before you join.
