Hi Everybody,
I am about to enter the call center industry please send me your suggestions on how wil the new law affect the call cendustry in the long run.Though the Bill has not been approved. Already some companys like dell and and a uk based firms are also closing down on call centers in india . I just wanted to know that how will it affect the whole bpo industry in the long run.And is this the safe time to enter the industry.
