hello everyone,
i am working for a call center in UAE.i plan to take CIAC certification,training for same is very costly.
so my plan is gather experience from work and at the same time build a data bank of information
from the internet for preparing for the CIAC cert.
i wanted to know the opinion of this from people who know about CIAC or have a CIAC certificate.
can some help me on this please? |
