I am planning to set a system up with ACC. I anticipate that multiple people (up to about 100) may be attempting to access the same data at the same time. I know MS Access has limitations in multi-user environment. Can you please advice me on this. If this will be an issue, can I store my data in Oracle and still access it by ACC?.

Ms Access has a limitation of about 20 or so connections.
This would only effect you if you are using a 20 plus line system and all calls are accessing the database at the same time.

Depending one the size and the number of connections you need will determine the Data base engine to use. Any ODBC compliant data base will suffice. Mysql, MsSql, Access, Oracle ect...
