| Want to implement first time 'real' mentoring effort to group of representatives made up of 300 plus.Given that we are in call center environment, how do we begin, how do we determine which of the 300 plus meet criterion and how do we establish it? How is it done w/out making others feeling left out? How is it then replicated thru seniors, supervisors, mgrs and directors? |

| Flamer - Look how I found you? You know the answers to all of your own questions! Create a mentoring team from those at each level who truly are the model employees. If you're wondering about anyone feeling left out - consider a "peer" council (for each level) and let that council decide (with guidance from you) what characteristics they'd want in a mentor and then the process for creating the mentor team. Get as much input from the employees as possible and this way the program becomes supported by them because in essence it was created by them. Does this make sense? You're lucky I'm still taking care of you after all this time! |
