| I am in the process of starting an ecommerce site that will be live chat enabled and also doing the bulk of the back room work. I am trying to retro-fit existing reps into the role of handling email and live chat. I am trying to put together a rep rpofile for this new position and have not found any resources for this. Please help with any advice you can!!!! |
