India has the second largest pool of educated English speaking population in the world. Indians had the highest average score in TOEFL, a standard english test. Indian call center agents are highly qualified as compared to their global counterparts. Indian call center agents are highly motivated & have attrition rate lower than 10 %. Indian call center agents have high customer service orientation. The difference in salaries paid to Indian agents is small in comparison to their counterparts in US, UK & Australia.
