Hi everyone.
Hope someone can help.
[b]We are currently experiencing high abandonment rates (about 15-18%)[/b]
I have run a report and discovered that about 65% of people that abandon do so in the first FIVE seconds of the call!!!
There is no way that we will be able to service these callers and as such i feel that we should include these abandoned calls as answered calls.
The calls were not abandoned as a failing on our part...
Any thoughts anyone??
Do you know of any other call centres doing anything similar?
